Base installation includes unloading at the jobsite and crane and/or other equipment for lifting. Remobilization charges may apply in certain circumstances.
General Exclusions: (unless otherwise noted)
- Level bearing must be provided by others
- Any structural steel (embed plates, wall angles, etc.)
- Field measuring of supporting structure
- All light gauge framing not specified in quote
- All red iron not specified in quote
- Roof penetration framing
- Furring for ceiling assembly
- Parapet framing
- Framing for mechanical supply attachment
